Enjoy Body Toning 3 - Lunges

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12046)

Hi. Hope this is useful to someone.

Part 1 - Thighs,Glutes

Alternate forward lunges. Step forward and lunge with right leg then bring leg back to start,then lunge forward with left leg. Each one takes 4 counts:

Now lunge forward with right leg, stay there lunge all the way down, but only come up halfway. Do either 7 or 15 and back together for last count, then change leg.
