Hi. Hope this is useful to someone.
Part 1 - Thighs,Glutes
Alternate forward lunges. Step forward and lunge with right
leg then bring leg back to start,then lunge forward with left
leg. Each one takes 4 counts:
- Singles x16
- Lunge forward and pulse for 3 and back together for 1 x8
- Singles x8
- Lunge forward and pulse for 3 and together for 1 x4
- Singles x4
- Lunge forward, pulse for 3 and together for 1 x2
Now lunge forward with right leg, stay there lunge all
the way down, but only come up halfway. Do either 7 or 15 and
back together for last count, then change leg.
