Killer Dips

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 12047)

This is one they'll love to hate you for.

Using a step have the class sit on the step feet extended in front of their body on top of the ball.

Push body up as in the "lift" part of the tricep dip, so now they are supporting body weight with arms and feet are out on ball (you may have to stay here if your class is "new" to the ball).

Just begin to dip, I like to add a ham curl to this so this is the cueing:

After this sufficiently hurts, take it to single counts, so that the entire move is done in 4 counts.
