Simple but breathtaking

Hey everybody,
I like to add lots of simple cardio drills into my classes.
They are easy to follow and nobody is left out this way.
Try one:
- 4 x Jog to the front
- 2 x Jumping jacks
- 2 x Front kick right, back kick left
- 4 x Flurry with fast tribble legs to the back
- 4 x Fast jabs right, left, right, left
Then repeat but when you come to the kicks reverse.
Repeat as many times as you want to!!!
