Part 1
- Step touch on the bench right-left
- Step touch on the floor right-left
- Grapevine diagonal(on the floor) right and left
(you are now in front of the bench)
- Corner to corner (right foot)
- Walk around (left foot)
- Straight leg cross behind (over bench)
(I think you call it "Weave over")
- Kick right
Part 2
- 2-Knee-repeater
- Mambo-mambo left-right
- Basic left (or reverse turn)
- Kick "round the world"
(O-turn with kicks)
Part 3
- Basic right (with special arms or running...)
- Basic right
- V-step with lounges right and left
- L-step right
- Box-step (on the floor) right
- Shuffle (on the floor) right (back to the center)
- Kick left - kick right
Part 4
- V and close your feet on the bench
- Hop-hop-lounge back right-lounge back left
- Basic right
- L-step right
- Come up on the bench right
- Straddle
- Mambo right (front and back)
- Kick right
