Kicks with a kick

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12068)

This is a very easy kick combination that really kicks up the cardio. Obviously you will need to show low impact options for less advanced students or students with knee problems.

(Repeat several times)


Change knees to alternating front kicks and repeat entire sequence
