This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12081)

Here is a little something to keep your heart rate high. It is an add on.

1.

Full combo should be (jab,cross,jab,hop back, 2 jacks one left jab one jack). Don't forget to work other side.
