This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 12083)

I find that these deep-water exercise combos work the abs. (due to stability) as well as the muscles required to do the base move.

Combo 1 - Pogo

Combo 2 - Ski

Once the combo has been done once or twice, move onto another exercise combo to avoid muscle fatigue.
