Easy but nice
This is a
Warmup pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

Hi everyone! This is my first submission and I'm very
pleased to give something back. I' ve already used so many
submissions and my classes really enjoy them. Okay, here goes:
Everything is tapless and this is also self-reversing.
Block 1: 32 counts
- 1) Grapevine to the right making an L shape (I call it a
grapevine corner) (8) You will now be facing the right
wall.
- 2) 2 V-steps (8) Whilst doing this you turn to face the
back wall.
- 3) Grapevine to the right making the L shape again so that
you face the front again.(8)
- 4) Hamstring curl single/single/double (single, single,
double)
You then carry on straight away with the next block starting
with the left foot.
Block 2: 32 counts
- 1) Mambo cha cha cha with left foot then right foot (8)
- 2) Slow squat left and right (8)
- 3) Straddle twice starting with left foot (8)
- 4) Knee up on left then on right (8) (like a travel knee
in step. Remember you will stand on the left leg first
lifting the right knee and then on the right and lifting
the left knee)
You are now ready to do the whole choreography to the left.
