Kickbox Combo I

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12091)

Begin center stance on balls of feet.

With right hand punching overhead begin as follows:

Part I

Part II

Part III

Repeat 3 more times 24

To transition to other side of body, after the final right backward (or right side) kick I step the right foot down and begin the overhead punch on the left side.
