Tapless Vertical (intermediate)

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12093)

32 counts each - self-reversing - right lead - vertical bench

#1

(Facing front on left long side of step)

Repeat on left lead

#2

Repeat on left lead

#3

Repeat on left lead

* - Turn and skip it - It's a right lead turnstep, but instead of a tap down, lift the left knee, then the right knee, then the left. You make it a skip by traveling the three alternating knees backwards then forward to your step.

** - This is my breakdown: Do 4x each, over the tops then 4x glute switch (or weave or whatever you call it. It's a right step, left left swings behind you to the other side on the floor, down down). Then reduce to 2x over the tops, 2x glute switchs. Reduce to 2x over the top, 1x glute switch, 1x tap to bench. Change tap to a V-step on the floor. Change the 2x over the tops to over (don't exit), 3x quick squats, go back over and 3x squats, glute switch to exit.

*** - It's up up lunge back right/left/right, exit. I teach it without the reverse step up on the up up, then do the up up like a revolving door (reverse basic).

I hope this makes sense and is useful and fun to you. Please email me with any questions. Thanks. Lisa
