This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12094)

Step in horizontal position (as usual):

Repeat to left side

To break it down:

  • 3 Basic right (I hope we all know how to do this by now) (12)
  • 1 Hop turn over step:
  • Repeat starting basics on left, hop turn brings you back to starting position (17-32)
  • This pattern is easy to cue. I use it at the beginning of the cardio section of my class as participants catch on to it quickly; it sets a high energy pace for my classes while participants feel positive about starting their class off on the right foot (pardon the pun).
