Firstly thank you to every one who has emailed me here in
England it's lovely to hear my last pattern has been used. So
here comes another I hope you all enjoy it.
- 4X Side steps stir the ball
- 4X Tap behind swing ball low
- 4X Leg curls upright row ball
- 2X Side steps chassey 2x side steps & reverse back
- 4X Tap wide swins ball wide
- 4X Lunge backs ball high
- 4X Alternate wide squats bounce ball in middle
- 4X Heel digs ball frontal
That's the warm up start with just holding ball then bring
in arm patterns. Do first pattern then second. I do this to
I see you baby shaking that ass 126 beats.
Main cardio
- 2x Side step frontal 2x diagonal grapevine diagonal
grapevine straight. Step touch forward 4x repeat other
side, it helps to hold ball the way your going to go.
- 3x Leg curl upright rows grapevine 3x leg curls 4xs
- 3x Side steps chassey 3x sidesteps 4xs
- 2x V-step stir ball 2x jacks ix grapevine 2x V-step 2x
jacks bounce ball in between jacks repeat all twice you
can do turns to make L shapes as well.
- Sit on ball
- 4x Heel digs push arms forward
- 4x Knee lifts arms over
- 4x Half jacks 12x bounce and lift.
- Repeat top but add full jacks and double jacks then 12x
bounce and lift.
- 4x Ski side steps 4x side step stands 4x ski side step 4x
side taps punch across repeat twice.
- Cool down 6x bow and arrows 6x wing stretches 6x shoulder
retractions cut down to 4-2-1 right 1 left twice.
