Follow That Opponent!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12478)

Step back with the left foot (1), then the right (2), then back kick left (3), turn to face the opponent, and punch right (5), and finish with a crescent kick left (7). Then, start the combination facing the back of the class and stepping back with the right foot (1), then the left foot (2), then back kick right (3), punch left (5), and crescent kick right (7). My class likes to throw in a jab before the punch, so it goes--step, step, back kick, jab-punch (4,5), and crescent kick. The object is to keep the opponent in the same place during the 8 counts, so you "follow" the back kick with the punch (or jab-punch).

It's unlikely your class will get dizzy, because it's only a half-turn and they get a full 8 counts afterwards before they have to turn again. Just remember to cue to lean forward on the back kick (higher you kick, lower you lean, so the body is in one line). Also, make sure the grounded foot is turned away from the center line of the body when executing the crescent kick.
