Dripping with Sweat II

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12485)

Combo 1

(Start with right shoulder facing the front of the room)

Repeat other side
(On last set of jacks, turn so you are facing front)

(Of course repeat other side)
I make them count the last 8 lunges with me, and if they aren't loud enough, we do it again

Explanations:

*Corner-to-corner:
Alternate the right jabs to the northeast and northwest corners

**Jab-cross-jab-and knee:
Jab right to the right wall (1)/left cross to the right wall (2)/right jab (3)/right knee comes up (4)

***Walk up - kick/walk back - knee:
Walk up right (3)/left kick (1)
Walk back left (3)/right kick (1)

****In-in-out-and-in:
Jump both feet in together 2X (1-2), jump feet wide (like a jumping jack) (3), then jump both feet back together (4)

*****Jab-cross-jab-and knee:
Jab right to the right wall (1)/left cross to the right wall (2)/right jab (3)/right knee comes up (4) (be sure to lean the body in towards the wall on the jabs)

This is the 2nd half of a Cardio-Kick class (see Dripping with Sweat for the first half). Thanks to everyone who wrote me about the first combo - my classes loved hearing that people in other places were doing the same class!!
