This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12487)

Quick and fun! Horizontal bench; start on the left side of the bench facing the west wall

*Double-knee-pushover:
Right up/left knee/left tap down/left knee/left tap down (5)/push off and go over the top/exit right. When you push off, the left foot will hit the top of the bench on 6, exit right (7) and left (8)

I always start the double-knee-pushover with 1 knee and over the top, for those who don't like the power moves.
