Lower ABS workout no rest

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12509)

This is a very serious lower abs workout. Throughout the whole workout your feet should not touch the floor. Here we go:

More advanced people should rest only 15 seconds and repeat whole workout. I hope it's easy to understand ...
