Aquasize for seniors and all ages

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 12526)

This is my first entry, I have gotten some great ideas from this site! I teach mostly older adults, but this can be modified to be easier or harder depending on the group.

Warm up - 10 minutes

Cardio portion- 15-20 min

Follow with resistance portion then stretching portion

You can modify the intervals by marching and having them lifting their legs higher at each progression, or if an advanced group repeat the interval 2x in a row. My group likes this workout I hope it gives someone good ideas! Katie :)
