Test your abs

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12536)

Do you want to test your abs ? Give a try to this workout:

Now you are ready to test yourself. If you can finish the first part keep trying. Here we go:

Level 1 (no rest)
- 5 reverse crunches
- 5 crunches

Level 2 (no rest)
- 10 reverse crunches
- 10 crunches

Level 3 (no rest)
- 15 reverse crunches
- 15 crunches

Level 4
and so on ...

Now am am at level 6 , but ... there is no limits.
This is sirius abs workout. There is no rest until the end. You should really feel the burn in your abs. As you can see you use regular crunches to rest yourself because this is mainly lower abs workout.
