Shuffle Blaster

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12541)

* 64 count combo when done on the right and left

* Repeat on the left (ie. 4 shuffles to the left, 2 squats, 8 jabs, 2 knees up left, 2 left side kicks)- gets you back to starting point

I tend to break it down a lot when I teach it. i.e. I start with 4 shuffles and 2 squats ... for a few times then add the jabs and repeat from top ... then add knees and kicks and just repeat that part ... when I feel the class is ready I put it all together. This is a good high intensity combo and is a lot of fun! Enjoy!
