Challenge your class for the New Year!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12560)

This pattern works best when you have lots of room to move about. I like using lots of space with big movements to challenge that heart rate (and our creativity!). You can modify for a smaller space by doing the traveling patterns in place.

Combo 1: 32 counts, right lead.

Combo 2: 32 counts, left lead

Repeat combos 1 and 2 left lead

Combo 3: 32 counts, right lead

Combo 4: 32 counts left lead

Repeat pattern to back wall which will eventually bring you back to the front to repeat combos 3 and 4 on your left lead. (16 counts)
