Jab-jab-jab/cross

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10957)

(starting either in southpaw or orthodox position)

Start over with the triple jab combo...if you started in southpaw, you should be in orthodox fighter's stance....

*The roundhouse is off the lead leg and, the back kick is off the other leg facing the back wall (kicking to the front though) to set you up to face the opposite direction from orthodox or southpaw.

Hey to all of you kickboxing aerobics fans!!! Thanks for all of your wonderful ideas over the past few years, I've appreciated it soooooo much, more than you will ever know but, why don't you state, in some of your patterns, whether or not they start in center stance, southpaw or orthodox????? Anyway, all of this is in southpaw/orthodox. I tried this out in my class last night and, everyone loved it. Of course, you want to break each pattern down, milk it long enough for them to get it and, eventually put it all together. I hope this is pretty self-explanatory, if not, please email me and, I'll try to explain it better.

Have a great one!!!!! Liz Carter
