They Hate Me!

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 10961)

I usually throw this in at the end of a class just to make sure they feel worked!

Moderate tension (Challenging)- 20 jumps, same tension 20 second sprint (immediately follows jumps)

Add one tension level - 20 jumps, 20 second sprint

Drop down to first tension level - 20 jumps, 20 second sprint

30 second recovery

Repeat pattern.

I usually go through twice and by then we are all breathing hard.
