Working the Ends

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10985)

Step is Horizontal
begin with the right lead, facing left wall
This is a nice little pattern to end your cardio with - enjoy!

Repeat with your left lead

*You can intensify this by changing the tap to a ski jump, or two jumping jacks, or, before landing the turn, lunge back and front, exiting to the back of the room

**You can make this a "weave" - two half-hop straddles, one immediately following the other
