Liz's music suggestions for bike class

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10992)

I like to use instrumental music for the first song in class when I have newcomers. It allows me to do all the necessary cueing without competing with the vocals on the soundtrack. Two new songs I like are Eric Clapton's Reptile and from the Allman Brothers, High Falls.

Try Lucinda William's Essence for a nasty hard climb.

Other new favorites to spin to are A Woman's Worth by Alicia Keyes (seated climb) Ben Harper's Steal My Kisses (lifts) Peter Yorn's Life on A Chain and Paul Simon's Getting Old for a final standing run.

I love to get your emails!
