Round Kicks

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10996)

These are some of my favorite drills for round kicks. Any questions, feel free to email me. Remind your class that round kicks should be executed with the toe pointed and your shoe laces being the target of impact to your imaginary opponent.

After properly warming up the class take them all the way to the back of the room. With your right hip facing the front of the room, feet shoulder with apart, imagine a target coming towards you:
