Need more cycling entries!

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11011)

Where are all the cycling entries? All I ever see is step! We need more spinning entries! Especially music ideas! Help me out I teach a lot and run out of ideas! Also, I like ideas for games to play in class. I am always trying to find new ideas! Thanks in advance!

This is just a quick entry that can make running/standing flat a little more challenging.

While you are running, lower your bottom until the seat actually touches your bum. Then have them raise up a tiny little bit about an inch, then raise up 1 more inch. Then take it back down an inch and then again till the seat is popping you again. Never lose your cadence keep spinning at the same speed. This will really intensify a standing climb. It is done very gradually holding each position for about 30 seconds before raising or lowering. I will run for an entire song and have them go thru these slight changes in positions. Make sure to remind them not to put any weight on the handlebars. This is all leg stregth. Also make sure they are still in proper form. Don't let them come up into a standing climb position. Once again these are tiny little changes in body position. Hope this is helpful.
