Sunday Morning Fun

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11019)

Hey, everyone. I used this routine at my 9:15 am class today, and they really liked it. Hope you do, too!

Semi-advanced
Tapless
Self-reversing
Horizontal

Part I

*Just do two hamstrings on the bench, but angle your body as you would for a turnstep

**Starts out as a regular turn, but you do a double knee before getting off the board

Part II

Part III

(This piece does not reverse; I put it together with #4)

*** Start out as a regular squat, but then add propulsion to turn and squat the other way. Need to hold the second squat for moment before straddling the bench.

Part IV

Part V

**** At the corners, step up with one foot and do a heel dig with the other. Alternative to Scoop at the corners.
