This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11040)

Hi everyone! Thanks for all your great ideas. Isn't this a great site? Here's a straight-forward warm-up that I use for hi-low classes but you could use it for any class except step and any age/ability level. Obviously, as lead-ups, you can do these parts in 32 and then 16 if you wish.

Locomotor warm-up:

Repeat the whole sequence with the opposite lead

Encourage your participants to use a large range of motion while executing each of these parts. You'll notice that all large muscle groups are warmed-up in this pattern.
