Easy to Teach Kickboxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11042)

This is my favorite combo. It's easy to teach, especially with new students, yet old students can get a good workout. Be sure to demonstrate level 1 and level 2--some are included.

*All combos are in 32 counts.

Combo 1

*The easiest way to teach this combo is to lead with the right arm/right leg when you're on the right side, and vs. vr. for the left side.

Combo 4

Combo 5

*Bob-n-Weave, move left. Right leg forward, facing the left side of the room.

Combo 6

*Repeat 4 times to make 32 counts.

Combo 7

*Repeat 4 times to make 32 counts. You will end facing the same side of the room you started on.

*Fast feet to the right side of the room. Repeat Combo 6 & 7. Good Luck!
