Side Target Gets Squashed

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11043)

Okay, dorky name for this combination, but hey, I'm running out of titles. Alright, basically, your class can do this by keeping the target in the same place, which will require some turning or they can keep the body forward and as a result, there are various targets.

Side kick right, back punch right, side kick right again, then cross punch left. The back punch is executed by extending the arm with the palm facing forward, so the target would get hit with the back of the fist, right below the knuckles. The cross punch should go across the body, so it hits the same target as the side kicks and back punch.

After they get comfortable with this, you can change that second side kick to a front snap kick, but just turn the body, so that the target is still to the right. Then, you can take a quarter turn each time, till you come to starting position again (4 reps of this 8-count combination). I would do it about 12 or 16 times, because it'll take your class about 3 or 4 reps before they feel comfortable with it. You can even change the front snap kick to a crescent kick, but I wouldn't go much further than that. Wouldn't want to confuse them. Then, you will need to alternate it and start it with the left side kick.
