Dedication to Gin Miller

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 11057)

Step is horizontal, starting position is front.

A Charleston is a step up right - kick left - get down left - get down right but touch with your feet as far back as you can - get up with right - kick left - down left - down right. This is an 8-count move that gets them easily to work and sweat. You can also execute it as a high-Impact kick - if you like.

The First part is tap free - the second isn't which at first is a bit confusing. I like both cause it helps not only to keep the body in shape but the mind, too.
