I bet you can't do it up & low (realy hard HARDEST!!!)

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11075)

Now ...

You are in crunch position. Lay on back with knees bent and feet on floor, hands behind head. Go up. Now hold for 5 seconds. Do 25 reps. Try not to cheat! Now hold for 30 seconds, then raise your legs and hold 5 seconds, then raise legs approximately 6 inches off the ground and do flutter kicks for 20 reps. Hold for another 15 seconds. Then raise legs that are there off the floor bent 90 degrees do 50 crunches after that hold for a another 15 seconds. Put your leg down and do 25 reps with 4 count on top.

This is only for very advance people.
