Hold tight partner work

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11080)

Try this in your muscle conditioning section.

Partner A floats on their backs with partner B supporting them (either hands under back, or with partner A hanging on around B's neck), In this position partner A starts kicking partner B wants to move but tell them to hold still and brace the abs, keep an eye on them don't let them move. I keep telling my participants to kick harder until they need a break then I have them cross their legs over and under or bicycle kicks, then I get them to kick again and challenge them to increase about every 5 seconds until they can't kick any more. Switch partners, both participants get a good workout instead of one resting.

NB: remember to tell people to do this at their own levels .e.g. modify for pregnant, elderly, unfit. Cheers... Have fun & everyone else will too.
