Texas "Five-step"

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11082)

Bench is horizontal. This is a 32-count self-reversing combination which is lots of fun!

Repeat with the left lead--left foot mambo to right corner, etc.

To teach the reverse turnstep, try doing several hamstring curls to lead into the turn, reminding the class that the foot will step up onto the bench for the reverse turnstep in the same place as for the hamstring curl.

Give it a try! My classes seem to enjoy the 5-repeater knee!
