International's Classic Step Warm Up

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 11093)

We have used this warm up for just over a year - it is easy to adapt to other classes other than step, and the stretches are dynamic :)! and spaced through the warm up so the heart rate doesn't experience those strange ups and downs!

Warming combo pattern:

*Purpose here is to increase intensity, going from short lever to long lever, arms can be varied from front to back.

We use this routine for new instructors - even though getting used to cuing it can be challenging. (That is why all the measure reminders are present!) The balance and hip joint rotations seem weird at first, but our members love the extra now. This keeps the baby boomer age healthy as we enter our 40 plus years! Please email if you have questions.
