Kickbox combos

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 11098)

I study martial arts and I am a certified kickbox aerobic instructor. Here's a few combos:
Begin slowly then increase the tempo:

Begin in fighting stance, right foot forward, hands up in defensive postion:



Again, do drill slow tempo, then increase speed


Bag work: we work with kick bags, but this combo can be done without a bag too.
