Lunge squat lunge

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 11112)

This is fun and different and short! Add it to the end of class or slam it in the middle somewhere

I do it at half time for several reps then we take it to tempo -be careful if you are doing it on carpet. Only go half time on carpet, if on wood flooring, take it to tempo.
