This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11127)

These are short and sweet but, WHEW! I have done these a couple of times now and they always get a great reaction out of the group. Since they are short, you can take your time really breaking them down and adding some "spin-off" challenges. HAVE FUN!!!!

Combo #1:

parallel stance (both toes pointing forward)

Combo goes like this:
(Right) jab/side - kick(left) (x2) - 8 counts
(Right) hook/hook(left)hook/hook - bob&weave - 8 counts

Then lead left using a right side kick. This combo leads nicely from right to left leads so you can just keep repeating over and over, switching leads each time.

Combo #2:

parallel stance

Front/back - jab/power/jab
Shuffle - shots (4-3-2-1)

Now if you are feeling adventurous - Put combo #1 and combo #2 together
