Goddess Glutes

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 11136)

Single leg lunges:

Place one dumbbell behind one knee and hold it there with the same leg. With other foot on floor, sit bum back like you would in a squat position.

Repeat other side.

This one really burns your glutes! I like to do three sets on each leg!
