This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10711)

If you are good at breaking moves down, then this is the routine for you! My class loves it!


Repeat on the left

*Right leg lunges back 3x and then right leg moves right followed by the left leg. (8 counts)


I call this pattern the grapevine, big box


Repeat left lead


Repeat left lead

*I add a turn here and walk back to the rear of the room and then repeat to the rear of the room.
