Slip your way to a great body

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10713)

First introduce the slip: feet both going in same direction, shoulder width apart, Knees are slightly bent.

Stand with a right foot lead: slip from front of room to rear and hold. Repeat slip: till form is correct..exhale on each slip, inhale on the hold.

Combination goes:

Right foot lead: right jab jab (real quick), left cross, slip, side to side for 4 counts and repeat (side bends leading from right to left - working the waistline and exhale on each side.

So when calling it out, it's jab jab, cross, slip, side to side side to side side to side side to side. and repeat.. is real fun when the beat is right..high tempo...really works those abs and waistline..
