* An alternative is knee, abductor, hamstring.

** The bob and weaves should be done with the closest foot to the step ACTUALLY on the step

*** For the straight punches, hold the "straddle" position, that is, one foot on the step and the other on the floor. This is a great way to aerobically "work" your students.

**** Again, keeping one foot on the step, bob and weave. Just bring the knee up at the end of each oscillation.
