Round Kick and Turn!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10778)

This is a fun combination, because it uses a lot of space and has the class turning-if they want to.

Shuffle three counts forward with the right foot leading, round kick left on 4 (and now you are facing a quarter turn right), step down with the left foot on 5, then back kick right on 6, so this kick is hitting the same target as the round kick did (now, you are facing the back of the class), and then back elbow strike right (again, the target stays at the front of the room). All three moves hit the same target then. Then, start the shuffle again, but this time with the left foot and begin with a right round kick. You are just going to have the class do the 8 counts again, but alternating, so now, they will turn back facing the front of the class again to start the entire 16 counts all over. Got it?

Now, a modification would be to not turn and so the round kick would hit a front target, the back kick a back target and the back elbow strike the same as the back kick. You can also make the shuffle a march forward 1-2-3. The class will just have to start further back, since you will be moving forward each time.
