Ball Cardio

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 10780)

I'm very new at this but give thanks to Petrina for answering many of my questions. I'm finding this class very fun but challenging to keep easy enough choreography that still gets that heart rate up there. Here's one I'd like to share that is quite challenging - hope you like it.

Repeat to West wall

Add arms: Swing down and up on the chasses- hold ball at chest for mambo. Arms circle at chest following legs on out and in and 2 bounces on the 2 jacks.

The other move I like I got off of Stephanie Morris video -

Add on arms - arms press overhead on the mambo front and arms press in front of chest on the mambo back. Arms press straight overhead on the pivot turn and back to chest on the cha cha cha and straight up on the pivot turn and back to chest on 2nd cha cha cha.

Sorry I'm not ready for any 32 count combos just yet. Maybe this will help you and you can share if you incorporate any of these moves into 32 counts. I actually can think of movements that will self-reverse - but the class is new and we are taking this slow.
