A whole Class--Ready to go!

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10781)

Our gym is full of folks who aren't all that dancey. We have one hour classes which include weights. This is a full, one-hour class with easy choreography but your class should be sweaty by the end.

Warm-up on step:

Repeat left

Class:

Repeat left

Do 5 minutes of weights for one body part

Back on the step for an interval:

Repeat for one minute

Back to step combos--

Repeat left

Do five minutes of weights on one body part

Back to an interval:

Repeat for one minute

Repeat left

Do five minutes of weights for one body part

Return to the step for an interval:

Repeat for one minute.

If you still have time (which you shouldn't) repeat all combos one more time and throw in another interval and then cool down!!!
