Jessi's Low Impact

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 10793)

Combination 1

** With basic on the floor I mean, like you do on the step. Step one foot to the front, then the other foot follows and step back**

Combination 2

** Just walk four counts forward and four back**

Combination 3

NOTE: All combos are self-reversing. I do first everything on the right and then left. If you have comments feel free to email me.

This is a basic Low Impact pattern. It's my second Aerobic Class that I teach, so it has to be easy. I hope you guys like it.
