Partner Abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 10789)

I came up with this to give my folks something new to "hurt" about!

Have your class choose a partner. Turn their mats end on end. They lay down with their feet facing each other. Have them put their legs in a 90 degree angle and put their feet together. Then just go into your normal ab routine.

I do center crunches and rotations. If they are really talented you can have them bring in their knees while doing the obliques. Each person will have to alternate with their partner. Remind them to keep their shoulders lifted and not to look at the person in front of them.

Having their feet like this will give them the simulation of doing crunches with their feet on the wall. Most importantly... it's fun for them to do and something different. If you work them hard... trust me they will feel this one the next day! Promise! Enjoy and write me if you have any questions or comments! I love this site!
