Riding Everywhere

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10809)

This is one of my participant's favorite rides...hope you like it. I'd love your feedback or questions.

*I refer to power drills as gradually increasing resistance while maintaining a steady mid-tempo cadence. I use Cycle Reebok bikes and take participants from levels 5 - 7 in 15 second intervals while maintaining cadence.
