Punchin' Machine!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10831)

This is my favorite boxing combo:

In fighting stance; jab (right), cross (left), hook (right), cross (left), 2 body shots (right, left-aiming for the torso), hook (right), cross (left)...ALL PUNCHES! In between the reps of the combo, boxer bounce.

Now I start the class doing these to a slower beat, building the speed, gradually. Then, with my more advanced people (I have all levels in class), I get them to use contact punches in full speed.

It's a good, long and basic combo that my class really enjoys!
