Squats & Lunges

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10833)

Starting with feet together step to the right into a squat position. Repeat this 4 times to the right moving across the room.

Then do 4 alternating forward lunges followed by 4 alternating back lunges. (do these for 4 counts. (1) Step, (2) Drop, (3) Half way up, (4) Feet together.

Repeat this all moving to the left side of the room.

I then gradually reduce this to 2 squats, 2 lunges forward, 2 lunges back. Then down to 1 squat 1 lunge forward, 1 lunge back, making sure you use a different leg forward and back.

My class enjoy this, as it gets them off the spot and moving about a bit. Hope someone can use it.
